West Caldwell, NJ- June, 2003 – Metro Energy Solutions announced today it has been awarded a contract to act as the Borough of Oradell’s energy consultant to improve the facility infrastructure and reduce operating costs at the Borough of Oradell Municipal Complex in Oradell, New Jersey.  Metro Energy Solutions’ responsibilities included performing the facility audit of the HVAC system in the Municipal Complex, which also houses the Police Department, preparing and administering bid specifications, and managing the installation of the project. The project involves the replacement of the existing chiller system and replacing it with a split/DX cooling and forced hot air system.   The project is estimated to save the Borough of Oradell over $12,000 per year in reduced energy costs, in addition to reducing its air conditioning related maintenance costs.

The Borough of Oradell contracted Metro Energy Solutions, a full-service energy services and consulting company based in West Caldwell, New Jersey, to assist them in assessing the existing mechanical and electrical equipment in the facility, and make recommendations for improvements based on cost-effectiveness.  "With deregulation creating a major concern in the New Jersey area our first objective was to look for ways to assist the Borough of Oradell in reducing their load.
