Metro Energy Announces Agreement with L'Oreal USA Products, Inc.

March 2006, Clark, NJ – Metro Energy Solutions announced today that L'Oreal USA has signed an agreement with Metro Energy Solutions to upgrade the lighting system in their Clark facility and reduce their operating and maintenance costs through energy efficiency.

L'Oreal's Clark facility is approximately 220,000 square feet and includes offices and manufacturing space.  Metro Energy Solutions has developed a lighting retrofit strategy using state of the art components, which will reduce energy consumption and provide maintenance savings on the existing lighting system.  The lighting project will encompass the upgrade of existing inefficient fluorescent fixtures in the manufacturing plant to more efficient standards.  The retrofit will include the use of electronic ballasts and T-8 lamps.
