Announces 2nd Agreement with Well Luck Company, Inc.

Jersey City, NJ – Metro Energy Solutions today announced that
Well Luck Company, Inc. located in Jersey City, New Jersey, has
signed an agreement with Metro Energy Solutions to install a 100kW
Photovoltaic system at their Jersey City facility. The project is valued at approximately $850,000. Well Luck Company
will also be eligible to receive an estimated amount of $375,000 in rebates through the
New Jersey Board of Public Utility’s Clean Energy program.
