Ricoh Corporation, headquartered in West Caldwell, New Jersey, is a diversified office automation equipment and electronics provider. Ricoh Corporation retained Metro Energy as its corporate turn-key energy services provider. Among the projects Metro Energy has implemented for Ricoh are utility bill auditing and compilation for inclusion in ISO 14001 certification, lighting retrofits in the New Jersey and Tustin, California facilities, occupancy sensor installations in Tustin and New Jersey, rooftop unit installations and controls upgrades for Phases 1 and 2 in West Caldwell, as well as capturing utility rebates for all of the projects previously mentioned. Other projects included:

Metro Energy Solutions replaced (3) existing rooftop air conditioning units, while ensuring the facility meets its requirements for ISO14001. Metro Energy conducted an initial evaluation of the existing HVAC system and specified the removal and replacement of (1) 12.5-ton Trane unit, (1) 60-ton Trane unit, and (1) 75-ton Trane unit. Metro Energy provided a turn-key installation that included construction management. The new HVAC equipment was then tied into Ricoh's Energy Management System (EMS) to optimize efficiencies.
