Tiffany and Company was founded in 1837 by Charles Lewis Tiffany and
John B. Young. Since its inception, Tiffany and Company has been
providing consumers with the highest quality products. The Facility
Management staff at Tiffany and Company use a similar philosophy
when looking at the energy infrastructure of its facilities. They
are always looking for the most efficient and cost effective way to
bring the highest quality products to market.
Metro Energy Solutions was retained by Tiffany and Company to obtain
utility incentives through the New Jersey SmartStart Buildings
Program for a newly constructed building located at 15 Sylvan Way in
Parsippany, New Jersey. The project included gathering all of the
applicable data for the energy efficient lighting, and heating,
ventilation and air conditioning system installations, analyzing the
data to identify what rebates were available and putting the data in
the correct format for the program administrator to review. Metro
Energy Solutions’ efforts have enabled Tiffany and Company to
capture over $60,000 in rebates, while at the same time creating a
building with state-of-the-art energy efficient technologies.
